Arthur witnessed a fatal plane crash at North Perry airport on Monday evening, 7.7.08.
Arthur *finally* called a little after NINE. The FAA ‘captured’ him and the other guy that witnessed the crash and questioned them. Arthur was acquainted with the man who died in the crash; he was a doctor.
