I’m almost always barefoot gal. I have some huaraches that I wear everywhere! In fact, I bought two pair when I got these so I’d have backups on hand in case Walmart discontinued them as they often do. (They used to have my FAVORITE huaraches, but they stopped carrying them. Had I known, I’d have bought every last pair.)

I need some good walkers for after surgery. I have to start walking lots afterwards. I went for a walk last night, but my sandals were woefully inadequate for the task.

OH I loved my Asics. I loved them. Loved them. Loved them.

Did I say I loved them? Yes. Like walking on clouds.

And when I ran? Oh I loved them.

But… I have plantar fasciitis as well as a pronation problem due to my flat feet and I had to leave my Asics in the dust. I’m stuck with some seriously ugly shoes, of which I keep threatening to post a picture.

I love Asics too and New Balance. Those are the only tennis shoes I buy.

I have PF also and it has been killing me because being at home close to 24/7 and barefoot is obviously not good for me feeties.

I used to hate Reeboks and then I found The Pair. That’s all I would wear to work. Boy will it feel weird to have to wear regular shoes again…

Pretty shoes. My asics are fluorescent green instead of your pretty blue.

My Dr. told me I’m not allowed to wear anything but my running shoes until after my marathon. I’m a barefoot kind of girl. So I really hate wearing my older pair of shoes all day long (I can’t afford the extra miles on my asics, expensive buggers!).

Oh Pam, I know. Just had to give you some grief. Much more fun that way.

Whenever I go back to work (whatever kind of work that’ll be), I’m definitely going to have to invest in shoes. When you’re on your feet a long time (and especially if you have back issues), you have to be good to yourself. It’s just rather hard to shell out that kind of money.
