From Wes: “Another reason to shun Wal-Mart.”

While in Texas I went to the Walmart in Marble Falls for one reason. To buy a Texas Flag.
I couldn’t find them at first so I asked where the flags were. They were in the stationery section of all places.
I found US flags and Mexican flags but no Texas flag.
I found the manager for the store, who was Hispanic by the way, and asked about Texas flags. He claimed that they were out and had them on order. Bullshit! There wasn’t even an empty spot to put a Texas Flag in!
Un Freakin Believable!
Yes I know that Cinco de Mayo was coming up. No excuse!

I did find one at the local Ace Hardware in Kingsland and it is flying proudly on my front porch.

One more little tidbit. The flag I bought is made in Tennessee. Not China!
