Arthur just witnessed a woman plow into a car on Miramar Parkway, run from the scene, slide into the intersection at University Blvd and get T-boned on the passenger side.
He and another guy stopped and saw the woman switch sides with the passenger. That didn’t phase the cop, because there were the two witnesses.
So the driver is going to jail as I type this, charged with a trifecta of stupidity: DUI, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and hit and run.
While standing in the rain two more accidents occurred right in front of Arthur… and the cop, who didn’t bat an eye. 
That’s hilarious!
When we see Florida tags here in Colorado we give them a very wide berth. The most fun is to slow down and let them get ahead. I need all the entertainment I can get.
Seeing a Florida tag during a snow storm is Gold! You might see 10-15 cars following them, just waiting for the show to start.
