Pictured is my good friend Anthony, playing in Kemah last month with the band Main Street. They’re headed back down there tonight to the Seabrook Beach Club, if anyone in the Houston area is reading this. 
Anthony has been involved in the Houston area music scene since… college, maybe? I’ve known him for over 20 years, but I’m pretty sure he’s been picking and singing since he was strong enough to lift an instrument. It runs in the family. 
This guy is the main reason why I take anyone shooting at cops personally, and he’s as much my family as BFB and her brood.
I’m pretty danged lucky to have the friends I do, and I know it.
I used to hang out in Kemah. Is Tookies still there? And do they still have the boat parades?
