That Wiggly Giggly ball is just this side of the garbage can, but she loves that thing, even more than small tennis balls she can easily pick up…

I saw the “tail/grout” thing - but thought it was very likely just what you said - the oddies of digital photography and an excited doggie tail. *grin*
